Marketing Coordinator ( Product)

About the role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator (Product) to support our Marketing Team. This individual will manage product marketing initiatives, coordinate cross-functional campaigns, and ensure seamless execution from planning to performance analysis.
Responsibilities
- Product Marketing Support
- Support seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns from brief through execution, coordinating product priorities, campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables across teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Buying, Creative, E-commerce, Visual, and other cross-functional teams to develop product and campaign briefs, ensuring alignment on key stories and launches.
- Support product storytelling and brand partner initiatives, including co-op marketing, asset requests, campaign launches, and other product-focused programs.
- Coordinate campaign assets and execution needs across channels, ensuring deliverables are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time.
- Assist with photo shoot and flat lay planning, including product samples, shot lists, creative inspiration, and production coordination.
- Help gather campaign performance data and prepare recurring reports and recaps to identify learnings and support future planning.
- Marketing Operations Support
- Support the go-to-market (GTM) and monthly marketing calendars by tracking key milestones, deadlines, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Maintain assigned marketing projects in Wrike, track progress, and proactively flag risks or timing issues.
- Assist with production logistics, including schedules, vendors, call sheets, release forms, props, samples, and on-set support as needed.
- Support in-store promotional signage, POP, print, and store distribution projects in partnership with Visual, Buying, and external vendors.
- Assist with marketing budget tracking, purchase orders, invoices, vendor setup, and monthly expense reconciliation in partnership with Finance.
- Maintain organized records for vendors, samples, props, project details, and other marketing operational needs.
Requirements
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and incorporate feedback from multiple business partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
- Flexible and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, brand marketing, or related field; retail experience preferred.
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; experience with project management platforms such as Wrike preferred.
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred.

- Professional office setting with low to moderate noise.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Occasionally/regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs and navigate stairs.
- Frequent walking and movement between floors/departments.

Pay
Hourly Range: $20 – $22/hr. Final offer will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time role with weekday office hours; occasional evening or weekend work may be required during peak retail seasons. Minimum of 4 days per week in-office (Irvine, CA).
