As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help elevate and expand our marketing efforts.

We’re seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a self-directed environment and isn’t afraid to take initiative. This role is perfect for someone who loves generating new ideas, proposing solutions, and moving projects forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions. • Track and analyze engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Maintain digital assets, content libraries, and marketing calendars
  • Bring solutions—not problems—by anticipating needs and presenting actionable next steps
  • Provide general marketing and administrative support to the CEO

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or a related field
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a habit of offering ideas instead of waiting for direction

  • Strong writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Bonus: experience with Canva, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
