About the role
The Marketing Coordinator will be part of a team responsible for creative initiatives including writing and producing proposals, presentation design, marketing collateral development, website content management, email communications, photography, social media and other activities to market the company and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Write and produce proposals
- Create and produce presentation design
- Develop marketing collateral
- Manage website content
- Coordinate email communications
- Manage photography
- Manage social media
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry or other professional service industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure of tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to coordinate remotely with other offices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field preferred
