Marketing Coordinator (Onsite in Roswell, GA)

Our agency client is seeking a proactive, organized Marketing Coordinator to provide part-time support for a variety of day-to-day marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on trade show marketing coordination. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to become an integral part of a small, fast-moving team. While the immediate need is part-time marketing coordination, there is potential for the position to expand or develop into a longer-term opportunity as the business grows.This role is: - Onsite in Roswell, GA (with no fixed schedule) - 10 hours/week, though may fluctuate with workload - Targeting an early September start date - Approximately 3 months (September-November) in duration, with potential to extend. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate marketing activities surrounding client trade shows, including pre-show, during-show, and post-show initiatives. You will NOT be needed at the events themselves.Coordinate digital banner ads, program ads, and other marketing materials between clients, internal creative teams, publications, and event partners.Manage deadlines and ensure completed creative assets are delivered to the appropriate vendors or publications.Coordinate ordering and delivery of promotional materials, branded merchandise, client giveaways, and other event-related marketing items.Research vendors, obtain quotes, and coordinate fulfillment and shipping of promotional materials.Support simple social media needs surrounding events, such as coordinating or posting event photos.Assist with post-event lead follow-up initiatives by communicating with clients and coordinating next steps with the internal team.Serve as a liaison between clients and the creative studio to facilitate the development and revision of marketing materials.Handle miscellaneous marketing coordination needs, including asset updates, revisions, vendor communication, and project follow-up.Communicate directly and professionally with clients across multiple industries.Ideal CandidatePrevious experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or similar marketing support role.Familiarity with trade shows, event marketing, marketing production, or promotional campaigns.Strong organizational and project-management skills.Comfortable communicating directly with clients, vendors, and internal creative teams.Able to take direction and independently drive projects through completion.Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple small projects and deadlines simultaneously.Proactive, adaptable, and willing to jump into a wide variety of marketing tasks.Interested in an opportunity that could potentially grow into a larger role over time.
