Marketing Coordinator I - Pune

Responsibilities

• Accurate CRM data entry
• Learn data standards and CRM navigation
• Aid in updating existing CRM records including contact, company, opportunity, and project information
• Support marketing and business development teams
• Verify and cross-check data from various internal sources for accuracy and completeness
• Perform basic record searches and updates
• Input historical data based on defined parameters
• Document entry or clean-up procedures where appropriate
• Flag incomplete, inconsistent, or duplicate records
• Track the progress of assigned projects and tasks
• Assist with other data projects & marketing tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred, but completion of some college coursework and/or equivalent experience up to 3 years’ is acceptable
• Experience working with CRM databases and data entry
• Previous experience and familiarity with marketing and business development-related tasks a plus
• Superior customer focus, with a drive for service
• Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Demonstrate the ability to operate with an inquisitive spirit by researching information and asking questions to qualify project work requirements
• Motivated self-starter with excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate and partner with a variety of individuals inside the organization – a team player
• Proficient knowledge in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and (Excel Intermediate level preferred)
