JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for improving customer service, developing and implementing new promotions and maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with VIP customers.
- Market and recruit new guests and other customers to property.
- Monitor visitation and play of VIP guests and walk the Slot floor regularly to provide customer service and assistance.
- Respond to guest’s requests, questions or concerns in an immediate and attentive fashion using detailed precision.
- Prepare for guests visits and follow-up throughout and after departure, maintaining contact to ensure return visits.
- Tele-market various player lists for contacting, attracting and information gathering purposes.
- Attend special events and promotions to build guest rapport and create recognition amongst guests.
- Determine player eligibility of complimentary services by analyzing player accounts while maintaining management reinvestment guidelines.
- Maintain current, accurate player account information in Oasis to insure database integrity and privacy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
- Lifting, walking, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, climbing.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Office/Casino environment; Subject to outdoor temperature; Exposed to smoke, bright lights and noise at times.
- Very non-demanding surroundings with a low noise level.
- Occasionally works in extreme heat or cold conditions.
