This role supports global marketing initiatives by coordinating workflows, managing communications, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of multiple marketing projects by coordinating workflows, managing communications, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Manage project workflows and task organization using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
- Support client communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and relationship management activities.
- Create marketing materials, visual assets, and campaign resources using tools such as Canva.
- Cook up email marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media content, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain content calendars, documentation, project updates, and marketing records.
- Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and status updates for internal and client-facing discussions.
- Cook up daily coordination tasks and operational needs for Marketing Leaders and Project Managers.
- Monitor campaign progress and identify potential risks or delays to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Maintain accurate marketing systems, workflows, and project documentation.
- Cook up multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar marketing support role.
- Proven experience coordinating multiple marketing projects, campaigns, or client accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital marketing workflows.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools, paid advertising platforms, and SEO tools is beneficial.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or global remote teams is preferred.
- Availability to work a night shift schedule aligned with CST business hours.
