This role supports global marketing initiatives by coordinating workflows, managing communications, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of multiple marketing projects by coordinating workflows, managing communications, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage project workflows and task organization using project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Support client communications, scheduling, follow-ups, and relationship management activities.
  • Create marketing materials, visual assets, and campaign resources using tools such as Canva.
  • Cook up email marketing campaigns, newsletters, social media content, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain content calendars, documentation, project updates, and marketing records.
  • Prepare meeting notes, presentations, reports, and status updates for internal and client-facing discussions.
  • Cook up daily coordination tasks and operational needs for Marketing Leaders and Project Managers.
  • Monitor campaign progress and identify potential risks or delays to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Maintain accurate marketing systems, workflows, and project documentation.
  • Cook up multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, team collaboration, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar marketing support role.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple marketing projects, campaigns, or client accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling, and digital marketing workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools, paid advertising platforms, and SEO tools is beneficial.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based clients or global remote teams is preferred.
  • Availability to work a night shift schedule aligned with CST business hours.
