About the role

The successful candidate will support the Senior Director in various administrative and marketing tasks, manage communications and business development initiatives, and assist with project report production and model building.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in scheduling meetings, managing events/conferences, and organizing books, talks, and other engagements
  • Input time and expense data, keep licenses updated, and maintain office communication
  • Manage the firm’s database of contacts through Pipedrive, including managing marketing and business development initiatives
  • Occasional assistance with general operations and project report production/model building

Requirements

  • 0-3 years relevant work experience in a support, executive administrative, marketing, or communications role
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with modern cloud-based organizational platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) for marketing and report production tasks
  • Familiarity with social media management and CRM/database platforms (such as Pipedrive)
  • Professional, articulate, and enjoy working with and managing people
  • Dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, able to work independently, and switch gears quickly
  • Excellent written skills, writing samples will be requested
