Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting visitors at the front desk
  • Routing incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling interviews and running background checks
  • Associates on-boarding
  • Managing the payroll system by entering new associates, correcting punches, and documenting absences
  • Accounting responsibilities such as entering transactions into an expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks, and collecting/depositing rent payments
  • Supporting training by printing forms, submitting and documenting completed trainings, and running reports of overdue trainings
  • Submitting various forms such as associate changes, meeting minutes, injuries, garnishments, employment verifications, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience in office-related administrative tasks
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook software
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to keep confidentiality while working with sensitive information
