Marketing Coordinator & Designer

About the role

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a full-time ON-SITE Sr. Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist to join our growing corporate team located in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Responsibilities

• Brand management and creation of digital and print marketing collateral for nationwide B2B and B2C lines of business.
• Order and maintain marketing collateral as well as promotional items inventory for all corporate and affiliate offices.
• Maintain and organize digital and print design files.
• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and update social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Project manage and communicate updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Track website performance through Google Analytics and manage location details within Google Business Profile.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in graphic design encompassing digital and print media (web experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience applying visual design and layout principles to digital and print marketing collateral.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative solutions and technical skills for both digital and print projects.
• Experience managing print vendors and preflight files, including paper stock types.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development to stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Ability to ensure visual consistency, clarity, and brand alignment across all touchpoints while managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and proofreading skills.

Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (must include InDesign; Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat & Bridge proficiency required).
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Canva and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (plus).
• Web content editing and updates within WordPress sites.
• Experience running Facebook ad campaigns.
