Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product strategies. - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. - Manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment. - Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality products. - Participate in regular performance reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail, e-commerce, or supply chain management. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure. - Experience with inventory management systems and supply chain operations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software. - Understanding of e-commerce platforms and logistics. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in supply chain management. - Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management systems.
