About the role

The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with firm Partners on development and production of proposals and other marketing materials, create and maintain marketing materials, data information systems, tracking systems and records, coordinate tradeshow events and design collateral, provide editing and writing support for marketing materials, perform research on prospective clients, market sectors, and market trends, plan and implement marketing initiatives to drive firm success, and update website information.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Strong problem solving, editing, and design abilities are required. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is essential. Experience with graphic design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies is beneficial.

Skills
