About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to work with our Marketing Manager to support efforts in branding, promotion, building interest, and lead generation for our various business units. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Responsibilities
- Learn the features and benefits for all products and services sold in each division.
- Maintain accurate notes, calendars, and tasks for internal Marketing initiatives.
- In conjunction with our Marketing Manager, generate new sales leads across all divisions through various marketing efforts, including:
- Email campaigns
- Coordinated Events & Webinars
- Social Media Management
- Digital Content Creation
- Coordinated drop-off campaigns (to be carried out by our sales team)
- Take part in writing regular marketing content, to include:
- Brochures, whitepapers, and blogs
- Scriptwriting and project guidance for corporate videos and webinars
- Develop and execute employer-branding campaigns, including:
- Seeking publicity opportunities and acting as liaison with external media and advertising
- Circulating press releases and submitting award nominations for media and community attention
- Take employee photographs for badges and website, as well as during cultural events for employer branding purposes.
- Design email templates, brochures, landing pages, flyers, white papers, and web pages.
- Execute customer engagement email campaigns for all business units.
Requirements

- Some progress toward a Bachelor's degree required in a Marketing-related field.
- Must present a polished, professional image.
- Must be able to work a full-time 40-hour work week from our office in Garner, NC.
- Able to learn new environments and technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and flexible, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Must have a Team Player attitude and ability to collaborate with others.
- Creative, innovative, resourceful, and results-oriented.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or experience in marketing automation systems and CRM platforms.
- Graphic design experience.
- Website design experience.
