Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized
- Manage and maintain the company's B2B Portal
- Manage inquiries and sales leads generated through the company website
- Manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement across company platforms
- Prepare and distribute company newsletters
- Work with our product team to assist with development and distribution of new product announcements, launch materials, and product bulletins
- Create and implement promotional campaigns, including B-stock, slow-moving inventory, and other sales promotions
- Cook up and execute company webinars from planning through execution
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and marketing support for major industry trade shows and regional trade shows
- Research and recommend additional trade shows and industry events for participation
- Develop and update full and condensed product catalogs
- Organize and maintain the customer database within Constant Contact and other marketing platforms
- Avoid errors in marketing contact lists and internal email groups
- Assist with general marketing administration and project coordination
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and key activities
- Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service
- Perform other marketing-related duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
- Must have experience in the commercial audio industry.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with social media management platforms.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for occasional trade shows and company events as needed.
