Salary range: $65,000–$70,000
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management and distribution of marketing collateral, printed materials, and brand imagery.
- Collaborate with retail, visual merchandising, operations, email, and outlet teams to fulfill all store marketing materials needed for promotional, branded partnerships, and VIC events.
- Manage the intake, trafficking, and execution of creative requests—including evites, signage, emails, SMS, window vinyls, GWPs, and other marketing assets—from briefing and approvals through production and delivery.
- Develop and distribute retail store communications outlining upcoming campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives in partnership with Store Operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with mall marketing teams to secure local marketing opportunities and execute center-led activations.
- Collaborate with domestic Wholesale teams on a seasonal basis for co-op marketing plans and brand page refreshes.
- Partner with internal/external teams to provide copy and creative materials for wholesale partners (Nordstrom, Neiman’s, Bloomingdales, Saks, Bergdorf).
- Partner with the Retail team to execute regional and local in-store events, track performance against sales and engagement goals, and identify opportunities to optimize future activations.
- Liaise with domestic and international wholesale teams to integrate branded marketing creative/copy assets into overall regional and global strategy ensuring brand consistency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on seasonal traffic-driving projects.
- Help plan, track, and reconcile the annual retail marketing budget.
- Support and spearhead ad hoc retail and brand events on an as-needed basis.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail or brand marketing.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to foster effective collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive, taking ownership of projects from concept through execution.
- Analytical mindset, using data and reporting to inform decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with project management platforms such as Asana is a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
