Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual development/marketing plans and campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and collaborate with CFU teams to support community awareness and engagement.
- Produce content for social media, newsletters, websites, and annual reports to increase visibility.
- Track marketing KPIs and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach.
- Oversee marketing materials production (newsletters, website and graphic design), maintain brand consistency, and develop program/donor collateral.
- Design, implement, and manage frameworks to measure, analyze, and report on CFU’s programmatic effectiveness.
- Create persuasive, donor-centric messaging to foster donations and support initiatives.
- Identify and coordinate marketing/continuing education presentations.
- Provide ongoing support across teams and office as requested.
Preferred Experience
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience with marketing and website development.
- Strong storytelling ability, excellent copywriting skills, strategic thinking, and project management.
- Proficiency in social media management, email marketing tools (Mailchimp), CMS (e.g., Joomla), CRM systems, design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong skillset/ability to leverage AI tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Budgeting skills and experience with a high level of comfort with financial reporting.
- Ability to interpret complex data, statistical analysis, and research findings.
- Ability to forecast process bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
