Marketing Coordinator

Full-time, mid-level position in Tucson, AZ.

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator runs day-to-day marketing execution across the website, blog, social channels, and campaigns. You'll coordinate content production, manage the editorial calendar, support SEO and paid initiatives, and ship case studies, partner co-marketing, and event collateral.

Responsibilities

• Manage the editorial calendar across blog, social, and email
• Coordinate content production with internal SMEs and external writers
• Support SEO initiatives (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building)
• Run social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Coordinate event sponsorships, trade shows, and partner co-marketing

Requirements

• 2+ years marketing coordination or comparable B2B marketing role
• Comfort with WordPress, HubSpot, or similar CMS/marketing platforms
• Basic SEO and analytics understanding (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Strong written communication; comfort drafting copy and editing SME content
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to Tucson, AZ
