Responsibilities
- Document marketing-focused coordination with analytics, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action within cultural, heritage, pilgrimage, and group-tour workflows.
- Maintain role documentation with status tracking for marketing coordination, leaving clear records of source, owner, status, and next steps.
- Reconcile digital marketing efforts with deadline management, ensuring all checkpoints are traceable and owned.
- Coordinate documentation with reporting, maintaining visibility of work progress and unresolved items.
- Review quality control and workflow management to surface repeated errors before they cause downstream rework.
- Apply the Travel Experts UK workflow context and campaign management tools confidently in marketing coordination.
- Maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in marketing workflows.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to ensure reasoning remains clear.
- Use judgment for follow-up, especially when coordination depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

Pay
Base salary: $43,000–$68,000 per year.
