Position Overview
The marketing team of a well-known insurance services company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for a 2-3 month freelance basis, starting ASAP. The role is remote but requires local to NYC, Holmdel, NJ, or Bethlehem, PA.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Head of Marketing and her team with project work
- Project managing marketing assets through the pipeline
- Working with in-house agency team on the creation of flyers, PPTs, videos, web pages, etc.
- Aiding in executing marketing plans across various channels
- Assessing and auditing marketing assets for compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of marketing experience; insurance services background highly desired
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented, comfortable working independently
- Ability to get up to speed quickly with little handholding
- Experience using Workfront a major plus!
