Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the company’s corporate digital presence, including social media channels and website content.
- Create and publish on-brand social media content that highlights technical expertise, project experience, thought leadership, and company culture.
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine digital strategy based on performance and industry trends.
- Maintain and continuously improve the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, visually compelling, and aligned with business priorities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance website usability, content structure, SEO, and storytelling.
- Cook up and manage professional marketing and promotional materials, including presentations, brochures, white papers, one-pagers, and digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials.
- Support proposal and pursuit efforts with polished, compelling content.
- Plan and execute company participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Manage timelines, logistics, vendors, promotional materials, and on-site support.
- Track event ROI, leads, and post-event insights to inform future participation.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to support positioning and growth strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance across campaigns, service lines, events, and website activity.
- Develop dashboards and executive-ready reports that translate data into actionable insights.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, analysis, and reporting while maintaining quality and brand voice.
- Apply sound judgment to balance automation with thoughtful human review.
- Continuously explore and recommend new tools and workflows that improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Partner closely with business development, technical teams, and leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals.
- Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and act as a trusted, proactive partner to marketing leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, corporate communications, or a hybrid marketing role.
- Demonstrated experience managing corporate social media and website content.
- Experienced in creating professional marketing materials using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools to support content creation, research, analysis, and productivity, with an understanding of when human judgment and refinement are required.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
