Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Support Skygate Advisors' brand and demand generation efforts by producing compelling content, managing social channels, and supporting the business development team with marketing assets.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly blog and thought leadership content in coordination with technical team
• Manage LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social channels
• Support case study development and client story content
• Coordinate event participation, webinars, and Chicago tech community presence
• Track marketing performance metrics and maintain marketing calendar
• Assist with HubSpot CRM hygiene and lead management reporting

Requirements

• 2–4 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology or professional services
• Strong writing skills — you will produce blog posts, case study, and social content
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and content marketing strategy
• Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe, or Figma)
• Interest in cloud technology — you don't need to be technical, but you need to be curious
