Responsibilities
- Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
- Confirm rental application data and personal references
- Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director
Requirements
- A High School Diploma (or GED)
- A strong customer service background
- Basic computer skills
- Preference given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience
Qualifications
- Organization skills
- The ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude
