Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help drive the creation and delivery of marketing and donor communications that inspire generosity and deepen engagement with our mission. This individual will play a central role in coordinating the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials and overseeing UCU Foundation’s social media, web presence, and website. This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing communications, material development, and distribution through effective collaboration with key players to ensure timely delivery, compelling content and storytelling, and brand consistency. Key collaborators include:
  • Third-party marketing agency for design, content, and production
  • UCU Foundation Information Liaison and Project Manager based in Lviv at UCU
  • UCU Foundation Donor Relationship Managers working directly with donors
  • UCU Foundation data team
• Coordinate development, production, and distribution of marketing collateral such as:
  • Brochures and fundraising appeals (mail and email)
  • Impact Report
  • Donor recognition and stewardship materials
  • Event-related collateral (all channels)
• Manage the Foundation’s digital and social media presence:
  • Develop content calendars and post regularly on platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor and manage website
  • Monitor engagement and optimize for audience growth and retention
• Support donor communications including email newsletters and campaign updates
• Track performance metrics and provide insights on campaigns, appeals, and content effectiveness
• Maintain digital asset library and ensure consistent messaging across platforms
• Maintain Marketing and Communications Calendar for the organization
