Marketing Coordinator

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver RFQs and RFPs accurately and on time.
• Deliver qualifications packages and other business development deliverables accurately and on time.
• Deliver interview materials and support the preparation of the interview team.
• Support the maintenance of CRM, OpenAsset, Joist AI and Adobe CC Libraries.
• Assist with other business development or marketing deliverables as needed.
• Assist with company events as needed.
• Assist with graphics, photography or videography projects as needed.
• Support the quality review of other team members' deliverables.

Physical Activities And Requirements

• May require lifting and carrying light loads, 10 or more pounds (e.g., boxes, small equipment, materials).
• May require stooping or kneeling (e.g., filing documents in lower file drawers, picking up items from the floor, or removing and replacing items on lower shelving).
• Activities include extended periods of sitting, movement, and extensive work at a computer and phone.
• Periodic travel may be required.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative, consistently delivering results with minimal oversight.
