The Opportunity
This isn't a "maintain the website" position. You'll own the entire marketing strategy for one of the fastest-growing home service companies in North Carolina. You'll work directly with leadership to help determine where the company grows next, how we dominate our markets, and how we become the company every homeowner thinks of first. Responsibilities
- Brand Leadership
- Protect and strengthen the Quality Service Today brand.
- Ensure consistent messaging across every customer touchpoint.
- Maintain our reputation as the most trusted home service company in our markets.
- Marketing Strategy
- Develop annual marketing plans and quarterly campaigns.
- Build measurable lead-generation strategies.
- Create marketing budgets and maximize ROI.
- Track KPIs and report results to leadership.
- Digital Marketing
- Oversee SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profiles, PPC, Local Service Ads, social media, email marketing, and website performance.
- Improve conversion rates across all digital platforms.
- Manage online reputation and customer reviews.
- Content & Media
- Produce compelling videos, photography, blog content, email campaigns, and customer success stories.
- Coordinate media interviews, community events, and public relations opportunities.
- Develop presentations and promotional materials.
- Analytics
- Track marketing performance using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Measure Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Booked Call, Revenue by Source, ROI, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
- Continuously optimize campaigns using data.
- Leadership
- Lead outside marketing vendors, agencies, photographers, and creative partners.
- Build and mentor future marketing team members.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Dispatch, and Customer Service to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.

Requirements
- Required
- Proven success growing a brand and generating measurable revenue.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Highly organized and results-driven.
- Preferred
- Home service industry experience (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Septic, Roofing, etc.).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio, CRM platforms, AI marketing tools, and automation platforms.
- Video production and social media strategy experience.
- SEO and local search optimization expertise.
