Located in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida, our hotel offers 245 stylish guest rooms and 15,432 sq ft of versatile meeting space, providing an exceptional environment for both guests and employees.

We offer diverse positions across various departments, including guest services, food and beverage, housekeeping, spa and wellness, sales and marketing, and more. Joining our team means becoming part of a close-knit community that values teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Answer Incoming Phone Calls, Qualify Inquiries, Set up Calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager
• Send packages and answer general questions
• Create monthly recap of leads and updates
• Auxiliary in creating Contracts, Estimates, and Site Tours
• Create Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate
• Control the office supplies and order supplies when necessary
• Update Sales System with actuals after completion of events
• Send out Thank You Cards/Emails

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule

Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Skills

Someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, previous hotel or resort experience preferred, a strong desire to make an impact on other people, an outgoing and engaging personality, strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
