Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Marketing Coordinator position is available at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, a AAA Four-Diamond, National Historic Landmark in Riverside, California.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, and set up calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager
• Send packages and answer general questions
• Create monthly recap of leads and updates
• Auxiliary in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours
• Create Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as needed
• Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary
• Update Sales System with actuals after completing events
• Send out Thank You Cards/Emails

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred
• A strong desire to make an impact on others
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Pay

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule

This role is full-time with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of the Sales & Catering team.
