Marketing Coordinator

What You'll Do

• Support MPSW field operations after extended vacancy
• Re-establish marketing as a valued, trusted partner (primary mission)
• Execute field marketing: local events, customer engagement, field materials
• Build relationships with teams that may have given up on marketing
• Show early wins and consistent delivery to rebuild internal credibility
• Demonstrate marketing ROI through actions, not promises

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Range: $65k - $75k+ (depending on experience)
• Discretionary Bonus: 10%
