Marketing Coordinator

This 100% remote position is open to candidates in the United States and involves access to brand assets, marketing platforms, and analytics data. A background check is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
• Liaise with designers, copywriters, and vendors to execute marketing projects
• Manage marketing database and ensure contact lists are clean and up to date
• Support event coordination, webinars, and promotional activities

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor degree in marketing or related field preferred
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior marketing coordination experience required — training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
