About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our Southwest Region team. This role involves supporting marketing and proposal efforts to grow Parametrix’s presence in the region. Key responsibilities include coordinating responses to RFQs, RFPs, and SOQs, developing proposal schedules, and collaborating with technical teams to produce high-quality, client-focused proposals.
Your Role on the Team
- Cook up responses to RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, and related marketing materials.
- Create proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and production plans.
- Collaborate with technical staff and pursuit leaders to gather information and develop content.
- Write, edit, format, and proofread proposal materials.
- Support the development of win themes, differentiators, project descriptions, resumes, and other pursuit content.
- Coordinate proposal reviews, team meetings, document production, and final submission activities.
- Create and update marketing collateral, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and other qualification materials.
- Maintain accurate pursuit, client, and project information in the CRM system and other marketing databases.
- Track upcoming opportunities, pursuit activities, deadlines, outcomes, and related reporting information.
What You Bring To The Team
- 4+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or business development, preferably within engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
- Experience coordinating RFQ, RFP, and SOQ responses.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document-production skills.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and priorities.
- An attention to detail and the ability to interpret and follow solicitation requirements.
- A collaborative, proactive, and client-service-focused approach.
