Marketing Coordinator

About the Role

Clive & Ankeny is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to handle marketing drop-offs and fundraising development, ideally located in the Greater Des Moines area with strong community ties and marketing/sales experience. The position pays $18/hour and is crucial for organizational growth. The Marketing Coordinator will manage local store marketing, assist store managers and the owner, and coordinate impactful marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and brand.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
• Cook up events and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive foot traffic.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide marketing decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including flyers and newsletters.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Aid in managing the marketing budget and optimizing resource allocation.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Collaborative and team-oriented work style.
• Passion for baking and desserts.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed marketing decisions.
