Marketing Coordinator
About the role
The candidate should be detail-oriented with effective communication skills. Primary duties include corporate level marketing and branding, managing the company website and digital content, collaborating with asset management and leasing teams on property level marketing materials, administering promotional items for company events, and creating an annual marketing budget.
Responsibilities
- Corporate level marketing and branding including press releases, coordinating ad campaigns, and event coordination.
- Manage company website and digital content.
- Collaborate with asset management and leasing teams on property level marketing materials and quarterly space availabilities.
- Create annual marketing budget and report monthly on actual and forecasted expenses.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing experience in commercial real estate or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to excel in a team environment.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, effectively manage time, meet deadlines while reporting milestones along the way, and prioritize multiple tasks.
