Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence, support sales growth, and promote innovative solutions within the agriculture industry.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and edit marketing content for email campaigns, social media, reports, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain company social media platforms and assist with website updates.
• Cook up trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities, including logistics and marketing materials.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to develop effective marketing communications.
• Cook up with international marketing teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Track campaign performance, marketing activities, and budget reporting.
• Support internal communications and maintain company intranet content.

Requirements

• Ace an associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing or communications experience.
• Agricultural or agricultural marketing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical and agricultural concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred.
• Experience with photography and basic video creation is a plus.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications
