Key Responsibilities
- Incentive Coordination & Creative Deployment
- Coordinate with dealerships monthly to gather sales / service incentives and offers.
- Write compelling marketing copy and legal disclosures for promotional content.
- Cook manufacturer compliant creative for websites, social, and email campaigns.
- Traffic finalized offers to relevant marketing and media partners.
- Website & Compliance Management
- Understand manufacturer guidelines and maintain documentation for per-approvals.
- Audit dealership websites (desktop and mobile) to ensure compliance with Manufacturer and brand guidelines.
- Audit and Content Management of external channels like Apple, Google, Facebook, etc.
- Maintain consistent brand identity, including up-to-date logos and messaging.
- Work closely with marketing teams and media agencies to ensure compliant materials and websites.
- Creative Project Management
- Manage the creative development and publishing process for marketing assets, including website banners, website specials, emails, and display ads.
- Submit and track creative tasks using project management software.
- Marketing Channel Administration
- Provide administrative support for digital marketing platforms including:
- Google Analytics, Google Business Manager, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
- Facebook Business Manager, Yext, and additional tools as required.
- Social Media Support
- Support and maintain dealership and brand social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Email Marketing
- Manage the execution of email campaigns: creative assembly, list segmentation, and deployment.
- Track performance and compile monthly reports.
- Collaborate with email agencies for creative development, approvals, testing, and submission.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Business Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
