What You’ll Do

  • Support the planning, executing, and evaluating of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, advertising, and community outreach channels.
  • Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud while maintaining the Bank’s brand standards.
  • Cook up creative projects with printers, agencies, and other external vendors.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of community events, sponsorships, and employee engagement initiatives including setup, staffing, and occasional evening and weekend attendance.
  • Create, schedule, monitor, and maintain engaging content across the Bank’s social media platforms.
  • Maintain marketing assets, branded merchandise, promotional inventory, branch collateral, and digital marketing materials.
  • Prepare marketing reports, campaign summaries, executive presentations, and supporting materials for Marketing Committee and Board meetings.
  • Conduct market research and monitor marketing trends to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with departments across the Bank to support strategic initiatives and ensure consistent branding and communication.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related experience in the financial service industry.
  • One to three years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, graphic design, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Proficient working knowledge of WordPress content management system (CMS).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, adapting to changing priorities, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience with photography and videography are a plus.
  • Banking or financial service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for community events and business needs.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of bank events and community initiatives.
  • Able to lift and transport up to 30 pounds.
