Marketing Coordinator
The Role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand Marketing team in implementing and executing the company's customer marketing strategy and activation effectively. They assist in planning and coordinating various marketing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market research, coordinate with internal teams, support brand consistency, work with the creative team, manage timelines and resources, manage budgets, and develop marketing artifacts.
Responsibilities
- Planner and coordinator of marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels including digital, social media, email, web, app, print, and others.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns that align with Lowe’s marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer behaviors, preferences, and competitive insights.
- Coordination with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints by leveraging brand guidelines and messaging frameworks.
- Work with the creative team to develop brand assets for internal partners.
- Manage timelines, resources, and systems for marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Assist in managing and updating marketing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring marketing initiatives are executed within allocated budget.
- Develop, update, and distribute marketing artifacts to keep stakeholders updated on latest marketing plans.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-3 years of marketing experience, and 1-2 years of brand marketing experience, project management, digital and/or social media, market and competitive research.
Qualifications
Must be able to work remotely and must not reside in Alaska, California, or Hawaii.
Skills
Requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and marketing knowledge to contribute to the overall success of the marketing initiatives.
Benefits
Pay Range: $61,600.00 - $102,900.00 annually. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
