About the role
The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Locala’s marketing initiatives across North America and LATAM, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and larger global marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events across North America and LATAM, including conferences and client events; coordinate vendors, logistics, and on-site execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and content channels, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
- Collaborate with external social media contractor; serve as liaison to ensure marketing priorities are executed across social channels (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Build and execute campaigns in HubSpot, including list management, segmentation, emails, workflows, landing pages, and reporting
- Develop and refine marketing materials such as presentations, case studies, blog content, and campaign assets
- Support LATAM marketing efforts, including event coordination and vendor communication in Spanish
- Afford assistance with general marketing operations, including swag management and project coordination
Requirements
Fluency in conversational Spanish is required (ability to communicate with vendors and partners in LATAM).
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience (internships included)
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email campaigns, lists, workflows, landing pages) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in advertising, media, or adtech
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
