Marketing Coordinator
About the Role
Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a talented proposal specialist to join our marketing team. We are looking for someone who strives for excellence, has a keen eye for design, and possesses superior writing skills. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, industry knowledge, and a passion for creating high-quality proposals and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Promote MKTG 360° Services:
- Actively learn about Structure Tone Southwest’s portfolio, services, and market needs.
- Provide marketing support through creation of brochures, brown bag materials, and other deliverables.
- Coordinate development of non-proposal support materials, ensuring consistency of message and adherence to brand standards.
- Maintain marketing plans in conjunction with Business Development (BD) representatives.
- Capture Planning and Proposal Development:
- Support and lead pursuit teams in implementing capture planning processes.
- Contribute to proposal content and lead Level of Effort (LOE) 2 & 3 proposals and collateral pieces.
- Conduct research to identify best qualifications and competitor information.
- Work with Creative Services to generate graphics and layout for marketing products.
- Maintain and Leverage Marketing Information:
- Respond to requests for information and client research assistance.
- Create and maintain up-to-date qualifications statements, project descriptions, and resumes.
- Update Cosential with proposal breakdowns and new content.
- Differentiators:
- Develop proficiency in creating proposals and other sales and marketing deliverables.
- Build a reputation for high customer service and adopt best practices.
- Seek input, identify development opportunities, and leverage resources.
- Support compliance with Structure Tone Southwest’s capture planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal and presentation planning, page layout, drafting tailored proposal content, graphics development, and editing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with superior persuasive writing and presentation ability.
- Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and MS Office (PowerPoint).
