Marketing Coordinator

General Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Campaign Operations Director with day-to-day administrative assistance for our Wildwood theatrical release campaign. This will be a temporary 6-month position.

Job Functions

• Maintain and update our single cross-functional campaign tracker across distribution & exhibitions, festivals & publicity, and consumer marketing.
• Build and maintain asset delivery trackers against media plans.
• Request and ensure delivery of assets for distribution and publicity.
• Maintain version control and distribution tracking for trailers and other campaign assets.
• Track incoming NDAs and other approvals.
• Cover screening requests and ensure requests are complete before routing.
• Schedule meetings and update agendas.
• Track priorities, owners, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure requests to our CEO and CCO are coordinated through a single source of truth.
• Follow up with internal and external partners to keep deliverables on schedule and proactively identify bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative support, coordination, or theatrical distribution marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with internal departments and external partners, agencies, and vendors while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism.
• Able to work both individually and collaboratively.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk; stand; sit; use hands to operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear both in person and by telephone.
• The employee must lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee works under typical office conditions and is exposed to variable indoor temperatures. The noise level is usually quiet or moderate.

Salary
