About the role
The Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing programs across North America, with a focus on customer marketing, cross-sell initiatives, and event support.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of customer marketing and cross-sell campaigns across North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cook up and execute email, webinar, and digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Aid in campaign setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting using marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, including logistics, communications, and post-event activities.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate deliverables across internal teams and external vendors.
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and program tracking tools to ensure operational efficiency.
- Support lead management processes, list uploads, campaign reporting, and data quality initiatives.
- Maintain accurate marketing data, campaign tracking, and system records to support reporting and operational excellence.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with data analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Cook up marketing communications and activities to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns and customer programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment, quality execution, and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to enable efficient day-to-day marketing activities.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies within the marketing function.
- Undertake additional marketing projects and responsibilities as required, in line with the scope and level of the role.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, digital marketing activities, or event coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail in managing campaign execution, timelines, and data accuracy.
- Experience supporting B2B marketing programs and customer marketing initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience coordinating or supporting marketing events, webinars, and cross-channel campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting (e.g., campaign performance tracking, dashboards).
- Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and marketing workflows.
- Digital marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics) or relevant coursework.
Skills
- Curiosity about or fluidity with AI.
