Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating digital content, campaigns, social media, customer communications, and performance tracking across online channels to support a broad mix of leisure travel, including cruises, groups, destination weddings, theme-park trips, events, hotels, flights, and tours.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital content, campaign tasks, social posts, customer communications, and marketing calendars using online tools.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, content trackers, asset libraries, and performance notes.
• Support research, drafting, scheduling, quality checks, and cross-functional review of marketing materials.
• Track basic engagement or campaign metrics and prepare recurring reports for the team.
• Coordinate remotely with internal stakeholders and follow brand, privacy, and approval procedures.
• Complete all assigned duties through approved online systems, phone, email, chat, shared documents, or other digital collaboration tools.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM, or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
• Prepared to follow company procedures and complete any lawful pre-employment screening requirements.

Pay

Base compensation: $45,000–$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
