Marketing Coordinator
Summary
The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing high-impact marketing programs with precision and consistency. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven, hands-on experience managing tradeshows and event logistics end-to-end.
Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle of tradeshows and events, including registration, logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, budget tracking, and on-site execution readiness.
Ensure flawless execution with strong attention to detail.
Carefully coordinate and execute corporate events.
Own marketing project coordination.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving timelines, collecting feedback, securing approvals, and ensuring final deliverables are accurate and on time.
Execute satisfaction surveys, track performance, and provide organized, actionable reporting.
Develop business forms and documentation, ensuring exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and version control.
Maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials, including promotional items, ensuring accurate tracking, reordering, and distribution.
Update, archive, and organize materials to ensure teams always access the most current assets.
Support digital and website updates.
Assist with website updates and basic analytics reporting.
Assist in content development.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support broader marketing initiatives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or similar.
3–5 years of marketing experience with direct, hands-on tradeshow and event logistics management.
Exceptional organizational and detail management skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple moving parts, track details accurately, and deliver error-free work.
Proven experience planning and executing corporate events.
Proven experience managing inventory or marketing assets.
Proven ability to execute satisfaction surveys, monitor performance metrics, and deliver clear, organized, and actionable reports (preferred).
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required; strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, and experience with content management systems.
