The Opportunity

Hustle Notice Biz is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate campaigns, content, communications, events, research, or audience activity with accurate follow-through. The position supports recruiting, staffing, candidate communication, client service, business development, and operational coordination and is designed for someone who can keep details accurate while moving work forward.

What You Will Own

• Support marketing coordinator work connected with recruiting, staffing, candidate communication, client service, business development, and operational coordination.
• Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, status trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, review, schedule, or coordinate role-appropriate content, campaigns, communications, or event materials.
• Track activity and performance indicators and prepare clear updates for internal or client review.
• Coordinate deadlines and handoffs with teammates, clients, vendors, venues, or creative partners as appropriate.
• Quality-check deliverables and keep campaign, communication, or event records organized.

• Strong written communication, organization, and deadline management.
• Comfort learning marketing, social, content, analytics, spreadsheet, or project tools appropriate to the role.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain accurate status information.
• Professional communication with teammates, clients, customers, or vendors.
• Portfolio or direct experience is useful where relevant, but transferable project or communication experience can also qualify.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$60,500 - $70,500 per year
