Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, workback schedules, timelines, trackers, and installation calendars.
- Translate visual merchandising and event goals into clear action plans, milestones, and deliverables.
- Cover multiple concurrent workstreams while keeping dependencies, priorities, and deadlines aligned.
- Identify risks early and help resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Partner with visual merchandising, creative, production, logistics, and operations teams to define fixture, display, and setup needs.
- Manage the sourcing, ordering, delivery, installation, return, and reconciliation of fixtures and related materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including floor plans, inventories, product and prop lists, and readiness checklists.
- Conduct readiness reviews before installations and events to help ensure all materials and resources are in place.
- Provide hands-on onsite support during setup, installation, and event execution.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and coordinate quick solutions with the right partners.
- Support event strike, returns, closeout, and final inventory reconciliation.
- Capture learnings and help develop reusable tools, templates, and processes for future projects.
Requirements
- Experience in visual merchandising, retail environments, experiential events, store design, event production, or project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience creating and maintaining schedules, trackers, inventories, and project documentation.
- Ability to coordinate physical installations involving fixtures, props, displays, furniture, or event materials.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work independently and own projects through planning, execution, and closeout.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and compressed timelines.
- Hands-on experience supporting onsite execution during key installation and event periods.
Skills
- Experience supporting large-scale retail, showroom, mock-store, or experiential environments.
- Background partnering with creative, studio, logistics, and operations teams.
- Familiarity with fixture management, installation planning, and inventory reconciliation.
- Experience managing vendor relationships or project budgets.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, AI tools, Google SketchUp, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to contribute to process improvement by building practical planning tools and templates.
