What You'll Do
- Social Media Management: Manage the organization's social media platforms through content planning, scheduling, posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking to strengthen brand awareness and community engagement.
- Content Creation & Copywriting: Develop and edit compelling content for social media, websites, newsletters, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, blogs, and other marketing materials while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Website Management: Maintain and update website content, create new pages, ensure information remains accurate and current, and support website optimization efforts to improve user experience and visibility.
- Marketing Materials Development: Create and maintain professional marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, patient education materials, recruitment materials, and promotional resources.
- Documentation Development: Develop internal and external documents, templates, guides, reports, and communication materials that support operations, recruitment, business development, and organizational growth.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual standards across all digital, print, and communication channels.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns that support patient growth, recruitment efforts, community engagement, and organizational objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and other marketing metrics while providing regular reports and recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical, operational, recruiting, and leadership teams to support organizational initiatives and communication needs.
- Event & Community Support: Assist with marketing support for community events, outreach activities, networking opportunities, and organizational initiatives.
- Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional marketing and communications responsibilities as needed to support organizational growth and strategic priorities.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital content
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing technology platforms
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical research environments preferred
