What You’ll Do
- Coordinate production schedules for print and digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
- Manage creative trafficking and approvals for HBR’s print and online advertising placements.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Design, Sales, Product) to ensure brand alignment.
RFP (Request for Proposal) Support
- Aid in drafting, editing, and submitting marketing sections for RFPs.
- Maintain an updated library of case studies, audience data, and marketing collateral for use in proposals.
- Partner with sales teams to ensure RFP submissions align with client goals and HBR’s value proposition.
Podcast Marketing
- Coordinate promotion schedules and creative assets for HBR podcasts.
- Track performance analytics and contribute to growth strategies for podcast listenership and sponsorship.
- Collaborate with producers on audience engagement campaigns and cross-channel promotion.
HBR Executive Program Support
- Partner with the HBR Executive team to execute targeted marketing campaigns for senior leadership audiences.
- Aid in audience segmentation, email marketing, and performance tracking.
- Support event deliverables and marketing needs related to HBR Executive programming.
Webinar & Event Teleprompter Support
- Operate teleprompter software during live and recorded webinars, ensuring smooth delivery for hosts and speakers.
- Provide pre-event coordination support, including briefing speakers, testing tech setups, and cueing scripts.
- Aid in post-event follow-up, reporting, and audience engagement campaigns.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in media, publishing, or B2B environments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with live event support and teleprompter tools (training provided if needed).
- Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel marketing initiatives with a high degree of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
