Marketing Coordinator

About the role

This is a 100% remote, full-time role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on coordinating digital content, campaigns, social media, customer communications, and performance tracking across online channels to support personalized vacation planning, with emphasis on cruises, international itineraries, and premium traveler service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital content, campaign tasks, social posts, customer communications, and marketing calendars using online tools.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, content trackers, asset libraries, and performance notes.
• Support research, drafting, scheduling, quality checks, and cross-functional review of marketing materials.
• Track basic engagement or campaign metrics and prepare recurring reports for the team.
• Coordinate remotely with internal stakeholders and follow brand, privacy, and approval procedures.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.

Pay
