Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and partner events, including logistics, registration, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site support.
- Maintain event project plans, timelines, checklists, and inventory tracking for booth assets and promotional materials.
- Aid in preliminary budget planning, purchase orders, and coordination of event-related vendors and contractors.
- Create clear event guides and resources for internal teams supporting on-site execution.
- Participate in on-site event support as needed to ensure a positive and professional brand presence.
Multichannel Marketing Support
- Assist with pre-and post-event marketing efforts, including email marketing, sponsorship deliverables, social and digital support, and partner communications.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all event-related touchpoints.
- Lead Generation Support
- Assist in lead generation initiatives across digital and partner channels, and coordinate deliverables on select strategic partner accounts.
- Organize lead nurture emails and assist with other partner communications.
- Help coordinate outbound lead generation activities, including list development, campaign setup, and alignment with sales.
- Aid in creating collateral and presentation resources.
Measurement & Reporting
- Track and organize performance metrics for events (leads, conversion, partner engagement).
- Aid in post-event follow-up processes in collaboration with sales and marketing operations.
- Contribute to recap reports that summarize results, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of applicable experience (internship experience will be considered).
- Strong time management, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events or projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident working with cross-functional teams.
- A good balance between being independent in some tasks but checking in with stakeholders at the right time for guidance and status updates.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for event coverage.
- Nice to have but not required – Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics or other CRM systems, Monday.com, and Adobe Creative Suite programs.
