How will you get here?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, communications, event coordination, training support, or a related function.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, events, educational programs, or commercial operations.
- Familiarity with CRM, contract management, and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Showpad, Veeva, Agiloft, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights to support business decisions.
- Experience in healthcare, medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries is a plus.
What will you do?
- Support the planning and execution of professional education programs, internal trainings, customer events, advisory boards, speaker programs, and national meetings.
- Serve as a key administrator and subject matter expert for marketing and commercial platforms, including Showpad, Veeva, Salesforce, Agiloft, Medcompli, and other marketing systems.
- Manage user onboarding, permissions, content updates, training resources, and system support while ensuring platform accuracy and compliance.
- Cook up integrated marketing campaigns, lead management activities, marketing materials, and promotional programs across multiple channels.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Operations, and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives and business priorities.
- Support creation, maintenance, and distribution of marketing content, presentations, customer communications, and educational materials.
- Manage contracts, purchase requisitions, vendor coordination, inventory, and operational workflows that support commercial activities.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, campaign results, and Salesforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist with project management activities, status reporting, and process improvements to support marketing effectiveness.
- Provide general marketing and commercial team support as business needs evolve.
