Key Responsibilities
- Write website copy, blogs, emails, and social content for clients and the agency
- Build and manage social media calendars
- Execute marketing projects led by strategy and account managers
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to support content and research
- Auxiliary with automation setup in HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and similar tools
- Support SEO and paid search efforts
- Create lead magnets and nurture emails
- Provide ongoing marketing production support across accounts
Qualifications & Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or agency environment
- Strong interest and working knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and trends
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or ActiveCampaign
- Basic understanding of SEO and search marketing best practices
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Exposure to CRE, Healthcare, or Nonprofit marketing is a plus
